This is a Classical Guitar Spanish song by Francisco Tarrega. This Riff is quite popular and it’s also a good way to practice some Fingerstyle/Plucking Technique.
This riff is based on two Chords E and Amin. The Melody will be Played with the Thumb on the Bass Strings and the Chords will be Played on the first Three Strings.
