This is Jason from BCI. Honestly there are a few customers who complain about frets level concerns. Firstly we do the set up basically for every guitar when it is released. Even though, the guitar may still need to be adjusted and re-set up a little. This is because there is a big gap caused by long term shipment plus stock time plus weather differences between China and USA……… Also as with many new guitars setup is subject to your ear and playing level. We do not guarantee setup features. You may want to adjust, modify or upgrade the setup of this guitar. Or you may not. You may be happy with it as delivered or you may choose to have it modified. Buyer agrees that Setup issues are subjective & not an acceptable indication of damage, defect, difference or reason for return, replacement or negative feedback. But anyway, we always want to try our best to resolve concerns that our client do.
