TABLE OF CONTENTS
2:07 – Intro Melody
6:41 – Chords (verse)
10:03 – Strumming Pattern
13:04 – Chorus
14:26 – Assembling it
The lesson begins with the melody, which is actually quite simple. The one tricky thing would be using hammer ons to make it sound exactly like the original recording. I show you how to do it both with hammer ons and, if you’re not ready for that, I also show you how to do it without them.
Next I show you how to strum through the verse, which requires some really basic chord shapes (aside from G/B, which is not too bad if you work on it the way I show you).
We practice the chord shapes, learn strumming pattern, and then we take a look at the chorus which uses the exact same chords just in a different order. Finally, we put the whole song together.
Hope you enjoy the lesson!
