In this Lux Aeterna guitar lesson video, I will show you how to play this great song from Metallica in its entirety.
The tuning is standard tuning, E A D G B E.
The song is very reminiscent of old school Metallica and has some great riffs and hooks in it.
I will cover each riff in the order that each appears on the original recording.
I will also take an in-depth look at Kirk’s solo. This solo can be played pretty much note-for-note until we get to the whammy bar madness towards the end. It is signature Kirk throughout the whole thing though.
