Here’s my review and sound samples from the Grote ES335 style semi-hollow electric guitar. I start with various sounds using an old Fender Mustang 1 amp. Sounds great, especially at clean and moderately overdriven settings on the amp. Playability is superb after proper setup. I’d recommend this one for blues, jazz, country or classic rock/pop. I don’t think it’s a good choice for metal players – unless you change the pickups.
